Grab the whole family and come meet us at the Proud Bird! We can let the kiddos play while we mingle with our Fit4Mom families! The Proud Bird is a kid (and grown up) favorite with the airplanes landing, the play structure and the variety of food (and drinks). We will be there from 3-5pm.
