Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babie(s) or stroller friendly kid(s). It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for your mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 50-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged!

This class combines our FIT4BABY® prenatal fitness program and Stroller Strides®. The class will take the focus of FIT4BABY®, which includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training, and combine it with the mommy and me FUN of Stroller Strides®. All movements will be designed to accommodate all stages of motherhood, pre & postnatal.

Additional family member is FREE for all members, class pass holders and first class FREE mamas. Partner up with your other half or chosen family member and let's SWEAT TOGETHER in this family class! Anyone on a plan or pass is allowed to bring 1 free family member. Please register your family member online and make sure they sign the waiver prior to class.
