GUIDELINES FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES:

  • Your safety is our #1 priority! Please adhere to the following class guidelines made in the best interest of our clients, staff and community. These guidelines are based on best practices set forth by the CDC, WHO, fitness industry, and our local officials.
  • 1. Classes are limited to a set number of participants per local parks & rec guidelines.

  • 2. Members are required to pre-register for classes.
  • 3. Contactless check-in - your instructor will collect all names during the warm-up.
  • 4. Masks are required at check-in. Masks will be optional during the class.
  • 5. Members are required to follow social distancing guidelines and keep a 6-10 foot distance during class. It is not recommended for children to wear masks under 2 years old, so it will be critical to keep 6-10 ft distance (per local govt. guidelines).
  • 6. As always, children should remain buckled in strollers for the entire class.
  • 7. Members are asked to bring their own water bottles and towels/mats, and to keep children's’ personal belongings (snacks, toys, etc) in own personal stroller.
  • 8. Contactless greeting and coaching. Instructors will cue movements from a 6-foot distance.
  • 9. Members are required to bring their own equipment (bands and yoga mats). Instructors will have new, sealed bands available to sell at the start of class.
  • 10. There will be no partner movements in class; no high fives, hugs, etc.
  • 11. Members are strongly encouraged to bring their own sanitation wipes to clean your equipment before and after class.
  • 12. Bad weather days will be virtual classes.
  • 13. If you opt to gather in communal areas or playgrounds after the conclusion of class, you assume all associated risks and do so independent of the recommendation and practice of FIT4MOM.
  • In addition, we ask that you adhere to the following:
  • The above changes will help us stay committed to a healthy and safe community. We will continue to monitor both local and federal government information, and will update you should anything change. Additionally, if you or your child(ren) have experienced any symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, or diarrhea, or have been around someone who has, please do your part and do not come to class. It’s of the utmost importance to be considerate of others and avoid anything that would put anyone at risk.
  • We appreciate and understand your efforts to be healthy and cautious at this time. Should you have any questions or concerns about our process please let us know. We look forward to working out with you soon! XOXO, Ashley & Amber
