Stroller Strides Pricing Options

Monthly Memberships for unlimited classes $65/month (normally $75) for the month of September ONLY!

10 Class Pass for $135

Maternity Packages for unlimited classes $24/week (minimum 3 weeks)

REDONDO BEACH moms sign up through the city Parks and Rec Department by calling 310-318-0610 ext. 3460. (12 weeks $198, 4 weeks $68 and 10 Class Pass $128 available)

Introducing Body Back® boot camp for your mind, body & soul, from the creators of Stroller Strides®.

Next Session begins September 27th

Classes held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:45-7:45AM

Course is normally $299 but is discounted to $269 until September 20th for our Early Bird Rate.

You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Classes will meet at 8am for 8 Sundays with the goal to finish the Redondo Beach Super Bowl 10k or 5k on February 4th! With your coaches guidance on Sundays you will do some kind of running workout such as intervals, hills, or distance, along with a stretching session. You'll also have midweek runs to complete. We'll supply that schedule.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.


Boot Camp Style Stroller Strides offers a higher intensity 60 minute class where bringing your baby and stroller is optional. During this class we focus more on the moms than the kids and we stay in one location throughout the entire class.


Body Back Boost is ONLY available to those who have already attended a Body Back or Boost class. The session of High Intensity Interval workouts provided on Monday and Thursday evenings will be Tiffanie's last class before giving birth. The class is designed to give you a boost to your current fitness routine and propel you forward towards your fitness goals.
