Want to cross the finish line of a 10k or 5k but not sure how to start? Want to improve your past race times? Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an avid runner, this training program is for you!
You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Classes will meet at 8am for 8 Sundays with the goal to finish the Redondo Beach Super Bowl 10k on February 5th! With your coaches guidance on Sundays you will do some kind of running workout such as intervals, hills, or distance. You'll be given weekday workouts to do on your own time
